We managed the development, implementation and support of a statewide Statistical Analysis System utilized in 159 counties. The system performed monthly reporting and analyses by county to state office management. The reports consisted of client counts and amounts by numerous categories such as TANF, Food Stamps, Childcare, and various other categories as required by the state office.

We managed the development, implementation and support of a Contracts Management System used by the State of Georgia DHS to develop, amend, track and report over 1 billion dollars of annually awarded contracts.

Members of our highly experienced staff were involved in managing the development and implementation of the United States Army Exportable Training Capability (ETC), a system designed to electronically capture, generate and distribute training activities and generate After Action Reports for “real time” and “take home” for units up to Brigade size.” Our staff maintained 100% accountability and life-cycle management systems and tools valued at more than 181 million dollars.

Linkage team members have designed nationwide multi-cast network solutions to even distribute load-balanced and High Availability support for various multicast routing protocols.

Our staff architects have tested, installed, and written standards for implementing MPLS, Cellular Backup Routing procedures, Multi-cast routing, and Disaster Recovery procedures.
